Lo que harás

You will manage strategy and implementation of our digital footprint across a wide variety of media, with an emphasis on analytics-based decisions, including SEO, AI strategy, Social Media, Paid Advertising, Sales Platform Content and Cross Platform Campaigns.

SEO & AI

• Monitor traffic and define and execute SEO strategies to optimize organic search, social seo.

• Deep dive into analytics, including competitor and trend analysis, to drive SEO strategy and tactics

• Update the back end of the website to improve tags, meta information, and ranking

• Define AI training and strategies to optimize AI Overviews, Search GPT etc. 

• Work with writers to manage blogs and other internal and external content

Medios de comunicación social

• Manage social media accounts including Meta, Tik Tok, and LinkedIn by creating engaging content, establishing a brand voice/personality, planning campaigns and scheduling posts, responding to users, and analyzing performance metrics.

• Stay abreast of user social media such as Reddit, chat forums, etc.

Paid Advertising 

• Plan, run, analyze and optimize paid advertising across different digital, social media, and sales platforms, etc.

• Work with agencies to manage programmatic advertising

• Implement audience and creative testing to optimize campaign performance

• Allocate budgets backed up with analytics to optimize impact of the spend

Sales Platform Content

• Manage Amazon and other online retail product info, listings, and advertising based on analytics and data-driven decisions.

Overall

• Work with the team, partners, contractors and agencies to execute digital marketing plans; coordinate cross-platform campaigns, strategies, and initiatives; 

• Work with creative design team on tailoring graphics to objectives, and writers to create compelling copy for websites, social media posts, email newsletters, and other marketing materials. 

• Ensure brand consistency across all digital platforms.

• Stay current in knowledge and skills within Digital Marketing and ECommerce fields, including SERP changes, algorithm updates, AI Overviews and search, and other digital 

• Create a bi-weekly analytics audit and present findings

• Be positive, proactive and solution oriented.

• Strong computer skills, including working knowledge of Javascript, SQL, WordPress, Gsuite, spreadsheets, Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Business Meta Business Suite, SEMRush, and other industry tools, and the ability to learn new systems quickly. 

• 5-10 years of work experience in marketing, with 3+ years of hands-on experience running Digital Marketing, including SEO, Social Media and Paid Advertising campaigns

• Able and willing to work full time in our office in Louisville, Colorado

COMPENSACIÓN

Annual Salary Range: $68,000 to $84,000

We believe in work-life balance, and we operate on a 4-day work week (~32 hours/week). Schedule flexibility is required from time to time for travel and work events. We offer:
